Sectors we serve
One treatment discipline, six
kinds of inlet water.
Since 2008, EnviroLW has engineered and built wastewater treatment plants for hospitals, residential towers, factories, energy sites, hospitality venues, and public institutions across Iraq and the Kurdistan Region as the official representative of Arsimak. Tap a sector to expand it.
Pharma residues, disinfectants, pathogens the strictest discharge scrutiny of any sector.
45+ hospitals 5–500 m³/day MBR / SBR
Because a non-compliant discharge can shut down an operating license, plants are engineered for consistent effluent quality under real occupancy, with odour containment and low-noise equipment as core requirements most sit directly beneath wards, theatres or public entrances.
Process selection
MBR for sensitive discharge/reuse; SBR where footprint and batch flexibility matter more.
Compliance & testing
Commissioning tests plus scheduled sampling through the O&M contract.
Odour & noise control
Sealed tankage and carbon polishing for below-building siting.
Communal-scale plants sized for phased build-out and under-building siting.
20+ sites 25–2,400 m³/day MBBR / MBR
Developments rarely open at full occupancy, so plants have to perform at 20% load at handover and scale years later without the biology collapsing. Discretion matters as much as performance — most units sit beneath parking levels or landscaped areas.
Phased capacity
Modular trains that scale as occupancy rises.
UNDER-BUILDING SITING
Compact units for basements and tight urban plots.
HOA HANDOVER & O&M
Manuals and contracts built for facility-manager handover.
High-COD process effluent from steel, food and detergent production.
20+ factories 5–350 m³/day MBBR
Factory effluent arrives in batches a detergent line running one shift can spike COD far beyond a hospital’s average load. Equalization ahead of biological treatment is what keeps these plants stable, with pretreatment tuned to each industry.
COD CHARACTERIZATION
Sampling by shift and product line for peak load, not average.
EQUALIZATION & PRETREATMENT
Buffer tanks plus oil/grease or metals pretreatment.
BIOLOGICAL SIZING
MBBR trains sized to measured high-strength loading.
Rugged, packaged plants for camps, refineries, and power plant sites.
10+ sites 5–60 m³/day MBBR
Energy-sector sites are often remote with no municipal backup, so plants have to run reliably with infrequent service visits. We’ve supported labor camps continuously since 2012, standardizing designs for fast replication across a client’s camp network.
MODULAR PACKAGING
Skid-mounted or containerized units, quick to commission.
RUGGED EQUIPMENT
Components chosen for dust, heat and infrequent servicing.
REMOTE O&M
Maintenance and spares built around site access constraints.
Grease-heavy kitchen effluent, discreetly sited in guest-facing properties.
10+ sites 5–60 m³/day MBBR
Kitchens and car washes push grease, oil and detergent loads that would foul a standard biological stage without pretreatment, and flow swings hard between a lunch rush and overnight. These plants also operate next to guests, so footprint and odour control are design priorities.
GREASE & OIL PRETREATMENT
Dedicated separators ahead of biological treatment.
COMPACT UNITS
Sized for limited back-of-house space.
DISCREET INTEGRATION
Sealed, low-noise installation away from the guest experience.
Term-time occupancy swings and public-procurement compliance.
Schools & courts 5–50 m³/day MBBR
Loads swing hard between term time and holidays, so biology has to tolerate long low-flow periods without a full restart. These sites are usually run by facilities staff rather than a dedicated operator, so we favor systems that are simple to run day-to-day.
OCCUPANCY-BASED SIZING
Trains that tolerate term-time swings and shutdowns.
PUBLIC PROCUREMENT
Documentation built for government contracting.
LOW-MAINTENANCE OPERATION
Simplified controls for non-specialist facilities staff.
